I have one equestion, i have 31 days period cycle, i observe every month that i get severe pain at right side on my 21 or 22 day of my circle, can anyone tell me why i get this pain, can it be that i am ovulating at this time.

Ovulation

Hi Tasha,

Ovulation day is always 14 days before you get Ur next periods. So if your cycle is of 31 days, that means Ur ovulating on 17th day after Ur previous period.

Ovulation

Ovulation varies from women to women -- it is not necessarily 14 days -- it can be anywhere from day 8 on. Day 14 is just a median time frame given/used to predict ovulation.
