Working Mother:Need to start working
2007-01-23
Name: Yogini

Hi,

My child will be 4 months old on 29th Jan and I am planning to start work from 15th Feb. He is exclusively breast fed now and I am worried about his diet schedule (what external food to start) once I start working.I am planning to come home for lunch and feed him as my office is close by.PLease suggest a routine for his diet.

Thanks,
Yogini

Hi Yogini

My son will be 4 mnths on Feb 29, and am resuming to work. I hav consulted doctor for external food.ls. dont give any external food especially avoid cow' s milk which will create many allergies to the baby, so take some formula and use like lactogen, dulac etc.

Consulting baby' s dr. is advisable.

Take care
