I am a fitness freak. I always try to find out different types of exercises. I have read a lot on yoga and meditation. I have joined aerobics classes last month. I was just going through different articles related to health on this site and came across this interesting article. Tai Chi appears to be an interesting exercise form and the best part of it is that one can enjoy it too. The slow, dance like movements can be really enjoyable. Tai Chi would be a great option from different exercises as it gives you all benefits of meditation and deep breathing. Now I am planning to find out Tai Chi classes in my locality or otherwise I will buy some book which will have demonstrations of Tai Chi movements.

' Tai Chi, what is that?' was my first reaction when I read the article. I never heard or I never knew about Tai Chi before. After reading the article Tai Chi is sounding something very interesting. I am a teacher by profession. Everyday early in the morning I go for jogging with my friends and also do some stretching exercises in the park itself. Tai Chi is kind of workout which will be very enjoyable to practice in a group. So I have decided to talk to my buddies about taking Tai Chi classes together or hire a personal instructor for the same. We all are women in early thirties. It will be useful if we hire a personal instructor as he may guide us perfectly. I hope all my friends will find this idea great!

I am a MBA student. Most of my time is equipped with studies, making reports, assignments, projects and presentations. I often feel stressful due to my hectic schedule. Thus I need a workout that will be beneficial for my mental as well as physical wellness. I hardly get time to look at my physical and mental health. I try to do my best to find out time for workout and meditation. I need to devote some time for cardio exercises, some time for yoga, some time for mediation and some time for walking. I can save a lot of time if I will get benefits of all these exercises in a single exercise. I will sure give this interesting form of exercise a try. I think Tai Chi needs much more awareness among people who are in constant search of innovative styles to live healthy life.
