Hi,

I had same probolem as spotting one or two days before and not getting pregnant, I waited one yr, then my doctor suggested me to go to Laprascropy, and he found I have the starting level of Endrometriosis and he cleaned every thing, it took 3 days to recover and I went to office as usaul. After one month I tried to concieve and now I am pregnant.
Good Luck.

Hello Chinni
I didn't understand about what do you mean by how much long does it take...did you mean that how much time does it take to evalute if you are pregnant? & if you are having regular 28 days cycle, i don't think there is any problem with that. & what does your OPK test say's? have you tried EPT or pregnancy test, & i didn't get you by endometriosis, do you get painful menstrual period or not? or does it pain after or during intercourse...
In endometriosis, there is one possibilty that....during menstruation, some of the tissue back up through the fallopian tubes into abdomen where it grows. & the other could be of the genetic birth as abnormality in which the cells develop outise the utreus during fetal development. & if you have problem with endometriosis, then you would have to go throught 4 stages based on your physician. I guess it's too much for me to say that...
or did you had any test taken like IVF?
It was just to explain what really a endometriosis is...
Well i would say to have intercousrse on your centre of your periods as you know about OPK...
I hope this helps & yes, please go to doctor.
Bye, take care
