hi jasmine thanks but i want to ask something most doctors say that during diet try to avoid milk n u r saying tht 2 cups of milk in a day i'll try dis bcuz im so upset in July 1st week my Fiance is coming i wanna loose atleast 10 to 15 KGS in 25 days i eat boiled rice n boiled vegetables instead of rotis n oily food please suggest me wat to do plzzzzzzzzz someone help me i'll be thankful to u

loosing weight is easy unless you dont lose your patience. just try these steps it helped me a lot. Eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner regularly. Repeat the steps regularly along with your exercise. otherwise it doesnt help you.

Here are the steps for you to lose weight:

1. mint juice,honey,lemon juice - 1 cup drink in the early morning.

2. Barley rice porridge - 2cups, curry leaves powder - 1tsp, horsegram powder - 1tsp mix and eat daily after or before breakfast. (works out good).
