Hows ur blood sugar running now??
Don't worry..I have started taking insulins and walk 90 min every day...it has helped me a lot!!
Out here they r much more aggressive in treating high sugars than they r in India..my first one was born hale and hearty in India..and my doc did not even test me for sugar!!
What does ur doc say??????????

Hi Bhavana,
so nice to hear that u usaually come to Rangoli which is very near to us.
My doc told me the readings r very very little abnormal and I can control with diet. So I got an Appt with diabetes specialist next tuesday(11th) and they said they'll give glucometer and logbook. Hoping everything goes well. Already kind of maintaining diet given in october postings. Walking 60min dialy want to increase but my legs r not supporting me. So waht else where r u from India.
