Hi Dipti,

Congrats!!!. I too had the same problem. Im in 11th week now and when I consulted my OB/GYN regarding this she assured me that everything is going to be alright after the first trimester, and until that I need not compell myself to drink or eat anything that I dont like. All the calcium and other stuff required for the baby will go from the mom's body. So later after the 1st trimester when you have cravings for food you can for more calcium and protien. Until then do not worry and eat what u can and enjoy!!!!!

Kidney
Hello:
My 20 week ultrasound also showed an enlarged kidney. The good news is that since it is only one side, chances are that he will \";grow out of it\"; and if there's a problem it will resolve itself. just an advice
Hey Kavita,

I'd say you get the ultrasound done so you will be able to see what is going on. Vaginal ultrasound is a good idea too.

Take care,
