I have an eight months old baby. My weight has increased by 12 kgs than the normal weight after pregnancy> please give a diet chart so that i can follow the same and control my weight.

I had cesarean delivery around 1 and half months back,is it suitable for me to follow diet chart,or wat are the excercises i should do as my stomach looks quite big and also I have gained arnd 7 kgs..pls suggest.

dear beena,

you follow this chart, only if u r not nursing. if u r nursing, plz wait for some more time and u can do dieting after sometime.

1st day

water melon and cantalope
Oranges, apple

2nd day

boiled veggies - cabbages, beans, carrots,cucumbers

3rd day

Fruits and Vegetables

4th day

1 potato, 1 cup boiled rice and half bowl yoplait yogurt.

5th day

8 banannas and 2 glasses of milk

6th day

Veggies, fruits and 1 cup rice

7th day

Fruits veggies, 1 glass milk and 1 potato.

U can drink as much water as u can during this time. no harm in drinking water, but plz avoid juice, colas, etc.

Then continue ur normal food for a week or two. again stick on to the above schedule. this really helps.but, do not over-eat when u eat ur normal foods.

of course, excercise and walking must also be on ur plan - this is a daily thing, not for one week.

Hi, my case is quite similar to Beena, but I feed both mine & thru bottle. My weight earlier was 47 kgs, but now it has gone up to 58kgs. Plz help me making me a exercise and diet plan.. as I prefer spices instead of sweet food.
