My husband loves me a lot and we are expecting our baby in February. My mother-in- law is expected to come but in the meantime I am worried regarding my delivery. what should I do for staying healthy after delivery?

You are lucky to have your mother-in-law during your delivery. She will be a great support and guide you throughout the delivery period. Take rest, eat healthy and slight activity will keep you healthy post delivery.
