could u pls tell me that the laproscopy u underwent was for checking blockage in tubes? is it the same as HSG? how long was the procedure ?

It would be kind of u if u answer this coz i am schedule to go for the above.

Laproscopy

Hi Parul,

Yes Dr. had adviced me to undergo laproscopy to check for the blockage in tubes or presence of any cysts. I'm not sure abt HSG.

The procedure was for 20min. Do not worry parul U won't even understand by the time the proceduce is completed. I guess they make a cut under ur belly button & insert the endoscope from there.

Ur under anesthesia during this procedure, so U do not have any pain. They carried this procedure on me at arround 11.30. By evening I was walking. Only U'll have effect of anesthesia for few hrs. Dizziness is normal, but it will fade after some time.
