Hi

I had my periods on Sept 23rd, I have got all necessary info about BBT, Mucus reading, OPK too.
I started using OPK kit from 6th , but till today it gives -ve. Does that mean I have not ovulated. My temp now are 95.3 but was high for 95.5 on 10th, but we did not have sex on that day, since OPK gave -ve results...???

All this means to me that I have not ovulated yet?? Is that true or I missed my most fertile days???

I m very depressed, since we are trying from last 4mths, nthg is working at all.. I just cant make out when I ovulate????

My periods are irregular from 32- 37 days... is that normal??? will i ever get pregnant??? Shweta replied. hi

U know what I get a little confused with mucus study... cant understand them. But day before y'day I felt egg white Mucus. that was my 22nd day of cyle... ???

When did you took your OPK. I would recommed you to test at 2:00 p.m or much closer to that. Anytime between 12:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m is absolute fine. first morning urine, i would not recommend. The reason is this is that most women experience a surge in the morning, but it can take 4 hours for it to show up in your urine. And make sure to test at about the same time every day. OPK test look for LH(luteinizing hormore)and most probably women will ovulate 12-48 hours after the LH surge is deceted, if you test in afternoon it should probably come down to 24-48 hours. Once your LH is detected it's best to have intercourse the day of LH surge and the two days after, also consider one more day in case you ovulate late. But most probably it would be best to have intercourse the day before LH surge, but it's hard in your case, becuase you don't have regular periods. If you don't know when you might ovulate, having sex every other day from cycle day 10 through a positive OPK.
I hope this helps. I know i might probably bein too hard language or some unheard words, but i am sure you will be happy after your LH is detected & have intercourse on the very same day & two days after. And as Asha said, don't stress too much.

I also had same problem - irregular periods, takes 30 to 45 days. You can observe the musus, it should be transparent and sticky. Do your best on the good musus days. If you want to improve your musus to swim the sperm well, avoid eating sweets and sugers. If you can... avaid dairy products milk and yogurt. Eat more protine and have Soya milk. in my opinion u should wait untill ur opk shows +ve.u can bed in the two days of +ve result.
dont be stressed sometimes it causes ovulation to occur late.
