Due Date Club August 2007:legache in the night
2007-05-11
Name: natasha dua

Dear All,
Hi, I am in my 27th week, I am working and when I sleep in the night my legs and thighs( only this portion of mt body )aches badly.I am not able to walk properly if I have to go to the loo in the night.
This is strange because I am exercising regularly and do walking in the office also to keep myself moving.
The pain is majorly in my left leg/ thigh and I am not even able to change my position in the night when I am sleeping.
Please suggest.
Bye

I have bad cramps too..not just leg..everything waist down..i have a tough time getting up in the middle of the night for the loo as i literally limp and go..i do little bit of walking but thats not helping..
i read several websites and they say its pretty normal during pregnancy and to try some hot/cold packs to relieve the pain..but i agree, its very uncomfortable..

Almonds are good for babies and you can give them so happily but it would be better give them by making it as milk. But in initial you give baby in minimum quantity then later increase the quantity.... - Siri [View Message]
