hi sandhya i think u r doin a gr8 job,by d way i hav a severe prblm i wanna lus wt bt dnt knw how.i m 25 yrs,5 ft 7 inches nd i weigh 80 kgs.i hav a average diet nd hv nt adopted any diet plans til now.i go 4 a regular walk bt dnt hav tim 4 gym,laso i want 2 know if skipping can help nd whether it has ne sid effects

You seriously think ppl will think skipping is more dangerous to their health than some silly powder you are trying to market around here? If your powder is so potent then why don' t you advertise it like any other fair business on this site. Am sure you must be making a tonne of money having so many customers from this site, right? So, u little prick, stop advertising your product free of charge to these gullible and vulnerable women trying to lose weight.

Skipping is a great way of building your legs. Obviously like you can make out, your legs get the most workout with this program. There are no side effect except that your joints, toes will be hit the most in this program, so wear very good shoes when you workout. At 25, you don' t need any diet plans to lose weight, just try employing your common sense when you eat and that should be enough. If you know that you' ll be at your desk job most part of the day then try taking short walks like 5 to 10 mints every 2 to 3 hours. Take stairs instead of elevators and escalators. Instead of e-mail, go check out the person personally. Don' t know about the work culture over there but i can think of 1000 ways to be active in a day. So, listen to that inner voice in you. all the best.
