I have been reading all these messages and surfed the web and came to know about BBT charts & OPK's to predict ovulation. My periods are irregular from 28-36 cycle length. I have been trying for 6 months and couldn't get the positive result. This month I bought OPK and also started to record my waking temperatures and cervical mucus.My last period is on Sept23rd. OPK test strip shows positive on 7th & 8th of this month. And we had intercouse on those two days. But the vaginal mucus was dry on those days. From the very next day it was white & creamy on 9th & 10th. And wet for 2 more days(still wet). But we didn't had intercourse on 9th & 10th . Do you think we missed it? The temp's are around 97.5 till 7th and on 8th it is 97.7 and from then onwards it is 97.7 only.
I feel depressed thinking that I missed my most fertile time and Iam very unhappy. Hey Archie please help me. I couldn't make out whether I have ovulated and missed it or haven't I ovulated b'cos of not raising temp? . Any responses are more than welcome. Thanx in advance.

Great that you surfed and digged information needed to help.

Judging what you wrote seems you did on the right time.

The white mucus comes after ovualtion so that all fits in the fact that your intercourse was just around ovulation.

all is going to be oK.
having intercourse on time does not mean 100% pregnancy. It's only going to make sure you will have chances of pregnancy.

I was waiting to hear that.
Today I noticed that my waking temp came down to 97.2F. It's high is 97.7F.
Even if we had intercourse at right time also it's not sure that I will be pregnant....right? We both are healthy and this is for the second child we are planning. I have a 2 1/2 yrs girl and this time my hubby wanted a boy. Children are God's gift. I will be happy with another girl.
