Hi, I am a Soft. Engg. by profession. My height and weight is normal as per BMI calculation. My only worry is my stomach. Because of hectic schedules and office works I can not spend much time on exercises and Gym. Infact honestly speaking I am not at all interested in body building. What I want is to control my stomach by light exercise like walking and all which I can afford in the night. I don’t know if I am clear in my approach but people who understand Software Professional’s life will definitely be getting me. So if any one could please explain me LIGHTEST AND EASIEST WAY TO keep my stomach in control and not let it come out. Or what should I do to reduce my stomach…rest body part is fine. Would only walking one hour every night is enough or anything specific I need to do for stomach part. I am only concerned about my stomach. Please help me…..

Try to keep your backbone straight allthe time.always put your tummy in wahile walking eating or doing whatevr do it conciously.Try not to sit for a long time ,while at office get up to catcha glass of water or walk around.Also do this simple exercise at night.Lie down onyour back and pull your stomach in hold it for 1mins and then leave it continue this 10times daily
