hello, I have been trying to lose weight for a long time and now when I am finally losing pounds, how long will it be before I see a change in my thighs. My thighs are the main reason why I want to lose weight. They have a lot of flab. Please reply soon.

First of all congrats in starting to lose weight. Whatever you are doing, keep doing. It will take a while before you see some change in your thighs. And each person is different. Some lose fat on their faces, some on their stomach so it is hard to say. Also fat around our mid section is stubborn so they take a while. But you would definitely start seeing some change if you keep losing. I suggest that you start some toning exercises targetted at the thighs to start tightening them.
