Hi! Archie, Vara and Rids and everyone
I have finally decided to go in for insulin...started yesterday..15R before dinner, 15N at bedtime and then 20N&15Rcombined in the morning.
What is ur dosage like, Vara??
Last dinner my post meal got very low to 79 as a result but am fine today..probably did not eat enough carbs!
My doc has called me next week again to monitor the insulin. Also starting next week , I will have regular ultrasounds and fetal heart rate monitoring.
How is it going for Rids and Vara?
Thanks a lot Archie and Vara for ur positive feedback on this issue. I am continuing to walk 30min after each meal. In fact I have lost 4 pounds in the last 3 weeks but my doc said the loss is from me and not from the baby.I did start a little bit overweight, so no worries about the loss!!

My doc has advised em to see my readings for 3-4 days before starting insulin. Im concentrating on my diet and also on walks. Now lets wait and watch what are the results! Hope ur doing fine.

Nice to know that you have started with the insulin. Do take care and keep updating.
I am completing my 30th Week and will be stepping into 31week from tommorrow. my Edd is on 4th Dec. Where are you from? and How are you doing?
vara replied. Good that u hv taken things positively. My dosage is : 10 Humolog before breakfast, 10 units Humolog before dinner and 15 Humilin at bedtime.

Do take care of the readings but at the sametime do take enough food with all veggies and curd. I am still monitored twice a week. Next Friday is my induction. Before that I hv 2 more visits. My due date is 8 Oct.

U need not worry about the weight loss. Even I lost weight. But as u said babies r doing fine. So no worries. Any queries r welcome.
