Feeding:hi anyone giving vitamin drops to their baby ??

my doc prescribed vitamin drops in liquid to my 5 month old girl. i am not sure yet to give it to her or not. there could be some side effects like blackening of teeth/gums. though she does not have any teeth yet. as it has flouride supplements in it, i feel i should start giving it only when her first teeth appear, please tell me what to do??

Hi!
I have been giving and am still giving my 7 month old vitamin drops. There is no harm. Don't worry about the flouride..it is actually good for the baby's teeth. We live in HK and our drinking water actually has flouride which my doc says is very good for the baby. So go ahead and give the drops.
