thanks a lot for your response. I do have some uncomfortable feeling in my abdomen and lower back.What did that spotting mean ?/ Why did it happen ?I had a little spotting when i was pregnant with my daughter, but that on my 8th week of pregnancy. Does this uncomfortable feeling mean that i'm ovulating ?/ Then what about the spotting ??

Ovultaion symptoms vary for individuals so can't relate. But looks like you could be ovulating. Also this fits to your cycle lenght also. I would imagine you ovulate on 15th of 16th day of cycle as it's 30 to 31 days cycle. If you have had intercourse in last 3 days even once then all is timed up for this cycle.

Spotting in pregnancy is normal. Nothing to be worried off. But if you spot in cycle in between that is to do with little different lining of uterus and can get you little more time than normal to get pregnant.

No stress however.
