i have been trying to conceive for more than a yr now.........

I have been tested for high insulin(109) and has been diagnosed with a condition called insulin resistance. My doc has prescribed metformin fo r me dailyand has asked to take clomid in the next cycle............

Anyone with a similar exp.........deos this medicine help in ovulation?

Dear Aish,
I am not sure if you are referring to insulin resistance or Insulin tolerance.

Insulin resistance is known to delay conceiving process and definitely Metformin and clomid combination will help to boost chances, I know a few got pregnant and carried to their full term with Insulin resistance.

If you are with treatment go ahead without any fears or doubts in mind and get pregnant.

Hope you will come with good news soon in coming month(s).
