Iam a tough time with my dry cough and sneazing the doctor says i have allergy rhinitis. No medications can be taken. I cant sleep in the night and even at work people arround me get annoyed with my sneazing. plz tell me how i can get rid of this.iam going through hell.
i hardly sleep for 2 hrs in the night. next day going to work with this sneazing is really painfull. i leak a lotttttttttt. plz help.

Do you have a good homoeopathic doctor nearby? If yes, go and consult that doctor and you can surely take homoeopathic medicines, as they do not have any side effects and are completely safe during pregnancy. Even I got fever, cough and cold last week and i took homoeopathic medicines. The fever is gone, cold is better and cough is gradually getting better. Yes, and i did take steam every night before sleeping and did gargles with warm salt water. Try all this and I am sure, you will get the relief really soon!

I empathise the situation. But unfortunately nothing can be said beyond that you are not allowed to take medicines a lot during pregnancy.

can you try to take steam while going to bed. you can use some mint leaves in boiling water to take steam before bed. Hopefully that will help.

how many days it's been accompanied with you? It can take as much as two weeks or little longer to recover.
