Hi Laxmi,

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I just crossed my 3 months. I used to have the same issue --drinking milk. So I started grinding a cup of milk with banana or sometime straweberry or apple. It tastes good.

I am three months pregnant and suffering from Nausea, I had the same problem, but calcium is really essential for our body. I take fruit shakes(without sugar to avoid extra calories) instead of hot milk, it really helps. Try chiku shake or banana shake.

hi Laxmi,

I am going today to get bournvita. Yes, two glass of milk shld be good. But alternatively, you can try cheese, or smoothie or a yoghurt drink.

Hi Laxmi,

That is a problem for me too.Try to take milk with boost or something which u like.O/wise add biscuit to milk and try.If it doesn' t work go for yoghurt.Normal or flavoured yoghurt whichever u like..

Hi, i tried bournvita and its not working. I just threw it all out. I suppose i´ ll just go back to drinking my silk soy chocolate milk which i have been taking just fine. I take it cold, chilled.
