dear vidhi,
my doctor has given me a \" go ahead\" to eat mangoes or pineapples. but my family n friends have asked me to avoid it as it is considered a hot fruit.
i personaly think to have it once in a while is fine. i sometimes have a mango shake or a mango pudding.. i dont think it will harm the baby if eaten in moderation say once a week. but my mother says not to eat at all..!!
