We are trying since feb04. Dr. had asked us to wait till sep/oct & see if we have any success, other wise she'll suggest some other things.

So y'day we had been to see her. She asked my husband to have his simen analysis done & visit her next week.

Also since I have not got my periods from 11jul04 & also my stomach is showing, I asked the Dr. if I can do some exercises for this. I was very inactive for some time because I thought exertion is not good if my pregnancy test is +ve. She asked to see physiotherepist, who works for the same hospital. Physiothrepist has given me some exercises & told me that I hve to exercise every day 1/2-1hr. Walking & cycling are good exercises for reducing tummy & good even if I'm pregnant. She has also given me some abdomin exercises. I've to see her again if these exercises do not relieve me of this prob. I'm software engineer, so have to sit whole day. She said fat must have accumulted in ur tummy, this can delay Ur periods as well. So it is necessary to exercise.

This Phisotherepist gives pregnancy, post-pregnancy exercises as well(lamaze classes as in US). I was very happy to know abt this.

Lets hope all is fine for you both.

Repeated sucssion curratage can cause delay in conceiving later although all is normal. You went for that twice as first time your Dr. felt it was not complete.

I am here if you need any educational help or moral support.

I believe six months is not sufficient time, in particular when you realize it's taking time you are also stressing and causing it's adverse effect on ttc process.

Let body take over than emotions and you will realize that when you enjoy cycle you will get pregnant without any trouble.

Your sucssion curratage is done a year or more than that. So by now you should be able to conceive without trouble.

Tell me your weight and height, usually excess fats will cause imbalance of hormones and irregular cycles, but if it's in limit you need not to worry much.

Try to do exercise both walk and cycle -in follicular phase (before ovulation -16 days before expected period date) but after ovulation just do walking, no cycling. I do not recommend untill you know that you are pregnant. Cycling is OK in second trimester and onward.
