I have a question for you.I want to no that Can I measure my BBT orally or I should measure it Viginally???If i measure it orally will it give me different result????I read it somewhere that we can take BBT orally but I am not sure will it be accurate or not.I feel orally measurement is easy for me so i'm asking to you.One more question How can I add /subtract 0.01deg.??If one day I take Temp.at 7:00am and if on the other day I wokeup at 6:00am and i take it at that time so How can I get proper result??? Glad you put this concern here.
No one should measure temperature Vaginally, that's not the route anyone is supposed to deal bbt or any temperatures.
Temperatures can be measured at two points in BBT,
1. Oral, 2. Underarm,

You can opt for Oral, perfectly fine.

Use of Digital thermometer is highly recommended as they are precise and quick. If you live in US any pharmacy you can get them.

in your case, if you choose to take temp at 7 am each day and by chance you had to take one day at 6 am then add 0.2 deg. farenheight to reading. add 0.1 degree farenheight for each 30 minutes before standart timing and 0.1 you substract if you take 30 minutes late.
