Hi Githanjali,
My daughter was having similar problem. Her intake of water used to be less, and even now it is less. One fine day i read an article about water therapy. Thank god. Fantastic improvement. Peramnent solution out of practice. Start will one and the increase to two or three glasses of water in empty stomach. This will clear the stomach with in half an hour. I have been following this for the past 3 years. My daughter is 8 year old. It works very well. It even releaves from digestion problems also.

You can give many fruits and vegetables in due course of the day.
Thanks
Swathi

There' s an old fashioned \" toilet re-training\" method which you could use here. At a set time of day, escort her to the potty, give her 5 minutes to sit and try, and if she can' t or won' t \" do a do\" on the potty, put a glycerine suppository in her and make her sit there until it takes effect. (And keep watch to make sure she doesn' t push it out before it' s melted!) After a few days of this her bowels will be conditioned to empty themselves at the correct time - and she' ll know the penalty for witholding!
