hi sandhya and fat mom,
how are you?i am fine now..i want to thanx both of you for the help.i was bussy because we was moving our home.thatswhy i couldn' t reply you.i realized that what i was thinking that was wrong as i may be harm my body and my mind..
noe i am trying to plan a good plan that will refresh my body and mind.
i wanna just ask somthing from you people.that is if i do exercise as aerobics then will it effect to my problem of concieving the pregrancy??
i went to my GP and i asked her that can i get pregrany as i am overweight..she said yes i can get pregrancy.so for that time i want to continue exercise but my sister in law said that if i want to be pregrant then i should not do exercise,as i should not jump,etc as it will create problem for me.
so i am bit confused and thatswhy i am asking from u people.
and please also give some good suggestions and some tips.if u people feel that i am not writing english good..then i want to tell u that i am not good in writing english but i can read good.ok.
yeah i also want to tell u that some days before i went to town there i take my weight.
taht is
14 stone/95.0 kg (normal weight for me is 8 stone/53.1 to 10 stone/66.2kg)
and my height is 5 ft 4.2 inch
mu BMI is 35.8 (normal should be between 20 and 24.9)
so give me some good advices..
