hi sandhya and fat mom,
how are you?i am fine now..i want to thanx both of you for the help.i was bussy because we was moving our home.thatswhy i couldn' t reply you.i realized that what i was thinking that was wrong as i may be harm my body and my mind..
noe i am trying to plan a good plan that will refresh my body and mind.
i wanna just ask somthing from you people.that is if i do exercise as aerobics then will it effect to my problem of concieving the pregrancy??
i went to my GP and i asked her that can i get pregrany as i am overweight..she said yes i can get pregrancy.so for that time i want to continue exercise but my sister in law said that if i want to be pregrant then i should not do exercise,as i should not jump,etc as it will create problem for me.
so i am bit confused and thatswhy i am asking from u people.
and please also give some good suggestions and some tips.if u people feel that i am not writing english good..then i want to tell u that i am not good in writing english but i can read good.ok.
yeah i also want to tell u that some days before i went to town there i take my weight.
taht is
14 stone/95.0 kg (normal weight for me is 8 stone/53.1 to 10 stone/66.2kg)
and my height is 5 ft 4.2 inch
mu BMI is 35.8 (normal should be between 20 and 24.9)
so give me some good advices..
please i will wait for your replies.

Hi samreen,
Hi I’m glad to hear that you are doing well and taking care of yourself. Pregnancy is not a disease, so unless your morning sickness is so severe that you don’t feel rested and tired all day long, one can pretty much do everything that they feel comfortable doing. The key is to listen to your body and not push it too much. Doing mild to moderate aerobics while pregnant is very normal and will not cause any harm as far as I know. I’ve known women who workout diligently at my gym even while full term pregnant and would join back about a few weeks after their delivery. It all depends on how much your body can take.

When it comes to you health then don’t listen to all and sundry but try to consult with your physician before you take up anything. Your exercise regimen and nutritional plans can be very well discussed with a doctor or a nutritionist. They will always give you better answers than someone from this board.

Personally, I think what motivates women to take it easy the first time around is FEAR more than reason and logic. When a woman is pregnant the first time, she is undergoing a lot of changes in her body for the first time, and everyone around her(family and friends) treats her extra special because it is such a special time. All this makes a woman feel very sensitive and she starts treating herself very delicately. This is true for me and everyone I know. There is nothing wrong in feeling like this, bcos it is only once or twice in life that you do get pregnant. But when it comes to second or 3rd time around, you understand better as to what is going on with you and know how much you can tolerate, and hence take all the extra care with a pinch of salt. So, there you go, hope you have all the answers that you were looking for.
