Health Issues:psoriasis cure

I had been suffering from psoriasis since last 12 yrs. I tried various allopathic, homeopathic & other treatment but I never got relief from this dreaded disease. I also used ayurvedic treatment it cured somewhat in summer seasons but again it errupted in winters. I was quit fed up but did not loose my patience. Last 3-4 years back i saw Swami Ramdevji maharaj Yoga program on astha chennel & in that I saw expreince being told by practioners that psoriasis can be cured with the help of pranayama. I was happy to see this and I started regularly 1 hour daily in the morning and evening. But to my surprise even after practising sincerely for 1 & half years I could not get the result and I was upset. I took prescibed ayurvedic medicines also but could not get desired result. Last year from Nov.2006 to Feb 2007, I got severe attack of psoriasis even after my regular yoga practises. Then in march 07, I realised that may be my practice of pranayama is wrong. Then again with new technique of pranayama I started again. I started three techniques of pranayama as taught by swamiji with very slow & deep deep breather with my full lungs filled with air and than with the same very slow speed i exhaled the air. To my surprise I could see my disease being cured to 95 within 7-8 months. I also did meditations, kept my emotions under control with the help of meditation. I bet that ayurvedic medicine alone can' t cure this but only this deep & slow breathing excercise alongwith ayurvedic medicine, psoriasis can be cured. Second important thing is Diet. I used salt which is used during our fast you can get it in local stores. I stopped eating Indian Masalas instead used 1 or 2 chilles in my food. Oil restriction was also there. With all these practices now I have almost cured my psoriasis and living happily. But even now as a matter of precaution I am practising pranayama, meditation and restricted diet.
Friends you can also free your self with this disease as I told you and lead a happy & joyfull life. I pray for all of your.

IÂ´ m also suffering with the same disease for the past 5-6 months. Although i got relieved for sometime with the help of Clobetasol solution but it has again come up. Could you please guide me how to cure it.

Also tell me how much timeÂ´ ve u already elapsed after the curement of psoriases

Dear Friend,
i too had psorasis for the last 13 yrs.i hv litterlly tried everthing under the sky.very recently,with a ray of hope, i went to a derm who told me about the medidicne called Remicad.it was injected intrvenously and belive me n less than week i was fully back to normal.thought he patches remain,i dont have anymore skin peeling or scratches.i was told that this medicine is yet to b introduced in the indian market.i m sure u will soon get over all ur problems once thi is intrduced in india.last but no the least i pray for all ur recovery too.in God we have faith.i will try to contact u if u can leave ur contact number .

This is an old thread but one thing no-one said was that exercise is important for gut motility. All the green veg and pear juice will be limited in their effectiveness if the kid isn't very physically active (just walking more and driving less helps!)
