Hi all,
Can anyone tell me the recipie for dhokla prepared in microwave. I dont have onen proof idli stand but i do have microwave oval shaped dishes.

before pouring it in bowl please add 1 teaspoon of ENO n it and mix it well then pour it in bowl to cook.

Take 1/2 cup of Suji and 1/2 cup of besan, mix it with 1 cup of curd approx. aand a pinch of turmeric in it. bake it in oven proof bowl for approx 7 mins. dhokla base is ready.
