Hi,
I am looking for a creche for my one year old boy. I have list of many creches in Gurgaon. I am not able to decide. There are few parameters I have to consider while choosing a creche
1) whether that has transport for kids
2) If yes how safe is the transport
3) If no then is there any appartment at walking distance from the creche
4) I will choose a creche once I get personal feedback of mothers who have experience of any creche.
I have visited few of them. They all look great but I am not sure how well the children are taken care of.
All those mothers who see this message of mine and are sending there kids to some creche or know somone in peson who have been sending there kids to a creche, please share your first hand experience(good or bad).
Good feedback will help me to select good ones.
Bad feedback will make sure I do not go to those creches.
This will really help me.

Sheetal rads replied. i stay in gurgaon and hv many frieds who keep their kids in creche. I personally leave my kid with a full time maid that i got from a delhi based agency. In my 4 yrs of experience with such maids, i hv found them a better choice since

1. touchwood, but i have always got good maids

2. i use some processes and rules to make sure the kid is fine

3. having such a maid also helps in completing house chores in your absence, u can give more time to kid after u r home, etc.

4. even if u r coming late from office, u dont bother about cheche's closing time

As for the creche -
my friends who leave kids at creche have found them good. In a city like gurgaon, some v good creches are available when u throw money ( and thats ok for our kids). They take good care of the kid, they have transport, they are careful about the kids and are secure places. They even pick up kid from school and drop home/mom's office.

Some other friends that i know have put kids in day-night creches so that they dont worry about crche's closing time.

Some Other's have put kid in creche nearby their home, started by family people in the home itself. Thus, they are your neighbors, you know them tht they are grandma-like and will take care of kid.
