i have been ttc a long long time, and have wasted every idea and method there is. Alot of people tell me that they concieved straight after there period. Could this be possible. my mum and sister swear that that is how they got preg.

If the cycles are short then while right after period one can conceive.
Short cycles like 23-25 days will help conceiving between period or just after period.

The sperms can be alive as long as 5-7 days, depening on vaginal environment.
Therefore everyone is different.

If your cycles crawl below 27 days then try right on the end of period or else substract 16-17 days from total cycle and try on that night, for example cycle length 28 days try on cd 11 or cd12, which are close to ovulation.
