Hello Archie,
I have a few questions to ask. My first day of LMP was 4th August-27day cycle.Iam taking Clomid 50mg.I went in for U/S to look at my ovaries on CD14 & saw only one mature follicle & got a HCG trigger shot that day,Doc asked me to come in next day for IUI.Did my first IUI on CD15,is this too late???????? i feel like it is,becauselast month the same doc did U/S on Cd12 & told me try on CD12 & CD13 they are so important but this month it's CD15 & she said it's not late???? & iam confused.Please help me. By calculation CD14 is late if the cycle length is 27 days.

CD12 or CD13 is perfect for 27 days cycle.

But I believe your Dr. has done ultrasound to visualize actual happening and you may have been ovulated three days late, means your cycle for some reason changed to 30 days, does not mean now your cycles are changed.

From my knowledge egg lasts for 12 hours and the max for 24 hours, so the sperms have to be there during that time.
