I completely agree with you, that a working mother who knows her priorities can rather use her time more efficiently in comparison to one who is available to the child throughout the day - socialising , kitty partying, gossiping etc and being satisfied that she is not working for the sake of her child/children. Good luck to you!! As for a good creche in noida - please donot opt for hi-fi ones (like mother' s pride - i know by my experience), even a small set-up is better - somewhere near your home/workplace or a family of two oldies/ old couple who you could recommend to start up such activity at their home (i did it in sarita vihar, and it worked really nice , my son enjoyed the company of an uncle and anty - who called dada,dadi and they took it up as a business and enjoy children' s company too). deepti replied.
