Hi archie,
I'm taking my BBT at the same time in the morning, but there isn't any difference in the Tem.
CD(18) 96.7deg at7:05
CD(19) 96.6deg at7:04
CD(20) 97.0deg at7:03
CD(21) 96.9deg at7:02
One more thing i want to know that I have to take Tem at the same time in every morning but some time i wake-up little early means 6:30am, i can take Temp. at that time or should i wait for 7o'clock.Some time time i wake up at 6:30 or 6:45 but i stay in the bed till i take Temp.Is it ok or Temp. will verry ????
What do you think Ovalution will take place or I ovaluted for this cycle??? I know it is very difficult to say but you are having good knowledge about this.
Thanks.

Dear Rhea,
you can take temp at 6:30 also just add 0.1 farenhite to your obtained data as you will consider temp around 7:00 am. If you take at 7:30 am then substract 0.1 farenheite.

You should take temp than lying in the bed and being active. Principally temp is taken while body is resting phase, once you up even for 5 minutes alters your boby basal temp very much.
