Seeing Bargavi's twins from October board, I can't help but ask this question. Do we have any twins in our board? Having a single baby is in itself a miracle, but having twins is twice the miracle & twice the happiness.

Hi Friends

Hi all,
You are right!! I'm expecting twins this november. Now that i have entered my third trimester(29th week), i have adviced to be in complete rest by my doctor. Thtz the reason i'm not active in the message board. Otherwise, by god's grace i'm doing good. In another 2 weeks, my mom will be here to help me. Until then i wanna be more careful and be in rest completely.
As you all say, having twins is a gift and a miracle. But also it is considered as high risk. Personally i feel i did not get to enjoy my pregnancy totally. Till first 3 months, we were threatened that, there is a high chance of miscarriage and were asked to be very careful. In the second trimester, we were allowed to have fun, but we could not. And again in the third trimester, the doctors keep warning about the pre-term labour, its totally scary till the delivery. Though these facts are applicable to singleton moms too, it applies more to multiple moms.
Thanks for remembering me. I will try to update as and when i get time. Till then see ya.

Hi Shreyu. Lovely to hear that you are doing well. You sure put a different perspective to the multiple pregnancy apart from the excitement. But like Avi said you have done well and we are sure in few weeks you will have the double bundle of joy in your arms and you will be very pleased for all the hard work. God bless.

Hey Shreyu, glad to hear from you..and glad to hear that you are doing good..thanks for updating us with how you doing..

I can imagine just how tough it must be on you to take care of two little cuties inside...but the rewards for all your hardwork will surely be sweet and heavenly...
its just a matter of few more weeks, hang in there and gets lots and lots of rest...

Hi Shreyu,

It was a sudden surprise to hear from you.

Sorry to hear about the whole pregnancy experience. I hope you continue to take rest and follow your doctor's advice strictly. Yes, you should be even more careful. Like you said, we all have to be careful. I will be praying for a full-term delivery for you. After your mom comes, it'll be very convenient. She can take care of you while you take care of the babies.

Do keep us updated and I would love to hear about your babies. Have you decided on their names yet?

Vindhya, I think Padosan (shreyu) is expecting twins on the 30th of NOv.. She was more active on the Oct board but I haven't seen any of her messages lately...

Aren't Bar's twins just adorable..

Hey Vindhya, at the very beginning of my pregnany, my doc said that she might have seen two heartbeats and said that it was too early and that there was a 50-50 chance that I had two in there.....
but later on, it turned out that I had one little boy in there... :)
Although I didn't get my hopes up too high (twins are in my family, on my dad's side)I did tell my family about it, so they were a bit disappointed.
but hey, having one is great too..:)

I hope to hear from Padosan too..

Bargavi's twins

Hi Avi,

I can go on and on about her angels. They are just so adorable & beautiful. They were a treat to my eyes. Now, I can't wait to meet my single baby. I always hoped I had twins. The chances were slim as there's no history of twins in my family. In my first U/S, I was kind of disappointed when they said there was only one baby inside :-)

I hope our Padosan keeps us or Oct board updated.
