Hello,

I am a 28 year old mother....height-5 feet,weight-125 lbs...
I have been doing pilates from last 6 mths....a very good and healthy controlled diet....have lost 12 pounds.....now i have come to a plateau from last 3 months..i dont loose or gain...this is my pre pregnancy weight....i tried changing m pilates workouts....nothing is helping...can u please help me ...i need to loose approx 10 lbs more...suggest new workouts....or anything....to reach my aim.

congrats on u becoming a mum and congrats once again as you are consciously trying to putting dwn ur wt.as i too have reduces 10kg of my preg wt in 6 mnths time and now trying to come dwn about 5 kg more ( i am 5.6).
my trainer tells me ..ist to increase the repeations of particular parts and ( i was into cardio and wts)and give it a rest the next day and after 2 weeks change the type as that particular muscle gets used to that regime there was 1 such mnth i didnt touch the weights but increased my cardio ,u have reached a plateau as ur muscles are used try mixing yoga and a bit of cardio and u will see the difference
