Hi
I am working mom and looking for a baby care maid for my 5 month old baby. I live in new thippsindra (HAL III Stage) Bangalore.

I have tried a few agencies with no luck. They send candidates with fake experience. Most of them are irregular - they come and go as they please and one of them even committed a theft.

I have tried asking the maids around my place for referrals. Again no luck. All of them will work in 10 houses but cant stay in one house for the whole day.

My mom or MIL will be there to supervise the maid and prepare baby's food. All the maid has to do is give the baby bath, wash/fold baby clothes, feed the baby (twice a day, the rest times i breast feed), play with the baby, pick her when is crying, rock her to sleep.

Will provide her with breakfast and lunch. Can take her weekly off on Sunday. Saturday can be a half day.

If anyone knows of a good baby care person please let me know.

I am also looking for a maid who can take care of the baby. Please let me know if you find some source. Again I am NOT looking at day care for this

I am a mother of 4 years old son and I am working woman. I usually left home by 9 in morning and reach by 8 in evening.
I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
