i am 90kgs and i have 2 kids..aged 5 and 2...since my second child was born i never tried to loose weight or do anything for myself...after reading such lovely stories and diet plans..i felt motivated....i was 91 1/2 2 weeks back and little reduction in my food intake and 15 minutes exercise made me loose 1 1/2 kg and this really has inspired me...i would like to know what else can i do or how shld i change my diet in order to continue loosing and control the urge to eat and only eat.i need to atleast loose 25 kg..plsss help.

i am a PG in Nutrition who is at home to take care of my baby now,and Id be glad to help you.
For me to be able to help you,I need more info like-your height,age,your pre pregancy weight,food habits-veg/nonveg.Would you like to share this over the board?Or would you prefer a mail id?Please reply asap.

thank u rajani for ur repsonse.my height is 5.6 and i am 32 now.pre pregnancy weight was 64kgs and since my 1st child i gained alott around 85 and now after the second baby its gone up by few more kilos.i am a non veg...but i like veg food.its ok to share it on board coz a lot more like me can make use of the info shared here.thank u once again..plss suggest what can i do to reduce.
