hi susmitha,
Congratulations on ur pregnancy! I was also having cramp like pain once in a week. I was also worried. When I talked to my doctor she asked me to take rest and as well she said that because uterus is stretching..so it is normal until you see any spotting..i was resting whenever cramp pain was continuing...sometimes it stopped afterawhile otherwise i had to take off from work and rest.It happened to me for 3 weeks...every friday i used to feel the same cramp pain...so i would say take rest and you should feel better...
best of luck for first u/s...must be eager to hear the heartbeat...
take care and enjoy the pregnancy!

Very good doctor

She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
