Hi,
You can prepare an Andhra dish called \" PUNUGULU\" .For this you need
Maida(plain flour)
chopped greenchilles
chopped onion
ajwain
baking soda
Mix maida in dosa mix.the quantity should be sufficient to make a dough we make for pakoras.add chopped onion ,greenchillies, ajwain,a pinch of baking soda.f the dough becomes too hard add a little bit of curd(a bit sour curd if available)instead water.keep it aside for 1-2 hrs.then make pakoras.this tastes good too.

Hi Hamzay,
I generally do this snack with leftover dosa dough.
onion-1 big.
green chilli-2-3
gram flour handfull
rice flour handfull
note: gram flour and rice flour quantities depends on the dough left with you.
chopped coriander(optional)
Mix the chopped onions, green chillies, gram and rice flours and little salt with the dosa dough .add water as required , so that dough consistency should be like that of pakora dough. Now make pakora' s using this dough. They tastes yummy. My hubby loves it.Good luck!
