Hi Everyone,
Its been 5.5 months I had C-section and gained 15kg.I haven't started any excersie so far but thinking abt it now.
Can u give me u r ideas- which excersise is safe after C-section.Before pregnancy I used to do Yoga,walking,cycling and jogging.Have gained lots of fats around waist,hips and tummy.
My current weight is 66kg and before it was 52kg.

hi pratibha..i am happy to wlcm u to thiz grpp..itz so nice that our grp has now 5 members..as ur baby iz already 5.5 months old..u dunt wanna worry abt csection..itz now safe to do all sor of proper exercises..as u said that u were doin yoga,cylcin g ,jogging etc why cant u go for the same??i am doing juzt gud walking n works at home..peoper diet..

hi prathibha

i am doing walking alone ...but do loot of househols workds like wiping,sweeping,cleaning stuffs.for the past 1 week i am doing a simple yoga posture for juz 5 times a day.

Hi Ruby,
I am feeling so glad you replied me.
Today I did Yoga and it was getting very diff to do Yoga posture. Any way I just tried and after some time will be able to do it in a good way.
Ruby, are you doing walking only or else doing some exercise as well.

you can take treatment on hair, you can use jasmine oil on hair, its really very useful in hair fall treatment, also you can use kapoor in oil, it prevent dandruff and stop hair fall.... - yogesh [View Message]
