Diet and Exercise:A different problem - reduced weight

I have lost abt 12-14 kgs post pregnancy. That is, I have gone some 3 kgs below my pre-pregnancy weight. Is there anyone here sharing the same problem as me? People who see me say that I have lost lot of weight, and that I am not taking care of myself after my kid was born. My kid is now 6 months, and i have recently started on solids for her, I am also BFing her. Pls let me know if this is normal.

i try as much as i can. i never skip meals. people never let me do that,and my meals are balanced too. yet this... let me try to add more fluids as you say to my food...thx

hi i have seen thiz prob with my friends..they were cute b4 delivery..but after they lost too much of weight..weight loss iz actually gud but shud b healthy ...they were looking dull n lost heir beauty ..itz ofcourse bcuz they forgot to care themselves.some people loose weight while breastfeeding..

*dunt skip ur meals
*drink lot of water
*have lot of fruits n veggies in ur diet
*dunt overstress urself thinking abt babycare
*try to save time like freezing food(baby's too)using disposable diapers etc
*plz try to maintain gud diet n take rest n have gud sleep bcuz u have higher chances of losing weight in coming onths as ur baby starts crawling,walking,cruising etc

you can take treatment on hair, you can use jasmine oil on hair, its really very useful in hair fall treatment, also you can use kapoor in oil, it prevent dandruff and stop hair fall.... - yogesh [View Message]
