hi sonia,

my son, sashank sleeps thrice a day - after breakfast, lunch and evening milk. then sleeps around 9:30pm in the night.
regarding food, he takes milk at 6:30am, 4:30pm and 9:30pm. I feed him fruit cereal or ragi or idli with yoghurt and juice for breakfast. then a veggie(spinach, sweet potatoes, carrot, beans, peas etc), dhal and rice for lunch with juice. for dinner, rice with corn, or banana rice. in between, if he feels tired, i will give him fruit gel or dessert. i also give him more water.
he weighs 10kg and height is 74 cms. please do share your baby's routine.

Surprisingly even my baby follows the same schedule. I think we both are in the same boat.

Sometimes when I add some salt and ghee to home made food she eats it. Yoou may try mashed potato, green peas and dhal, beans mixed with carrot.

I think for some babies it takes a while to adjust. So we will have to wait for some time and try changing their food everyday.

I have a problem that my baby does not drink milk while sleeping. So he gets up at 7:30
8:00 drinks milk and then plays for some time
10:00 sleeps for an hour
11:15 eats breakfast
1:30 drinks milk
1:45-4:00 sleeps
4:30 eats lunch
6:15 drinks milk
8:00 eats dinner
10:15 drinks milk and sleeps

Moreover he takes forever to finish his breakfast, lunch, dinner (i.e eating solids) atleast an hour to eat only a little bit.he won't open his mouth.
I have tried everything lots of variety in beechnut, gerber, tender harvest etc. and even home cooked food.

Please suggest if I should change something.

Thanks
sonia
