HOw r u.I read these messages everyday, i think if we follow your suggestions we will suceed.
I am 29 years old, and we are trying for the first baby, can u tell us when are the best days to get pregnant, please i badly want a baby asap.It will be really nice if u help me.

I have regular cycles, i get my periods exactly on 30th day. i see symptoms of ovulation from day 15 to day 23, How do you want me to plan .

Try this

Dear Dell,
use of OPK is best, start testing from CD10.
if your cycles are pretty regular then start intercourse only from CD12, donot have intercourse before CD12. One per 24 hours is sufficient. Contine intercourse until CD17 and that's good enough.
