Eating Problems:please help me out to solve my problem

Hi,my child is of 3 1/2 yrs old and her weight is only 11 kgs.she dosent eat.i try out different things each day,if she takes 1 bite she keeps atleast 5mins in mouth.please help me to put on my childs weight and make her eat.

make attractive dishes with colorful fruits and vegetables, also give her dry fruits and fruits like banana, which is helpful for her.

dont worry, every mother face same problem like you so dont, worry at all, you can give south indian banana to your daughter on regular basis, which is help to increase hunger.

you can take her to child doctor and ask the doctor problem solution, then only doctor gives her tonic for hungriness, and when she feels empty stomach, may be she demand to you.

you should make some yummy dishes for your daughter, kids usually like to eat maggy, so give her or serve her , her favourite dish, or as she like to eat, then see the difference.

its very common problem for every mother, and 90 percent mother face same problem that is eating habit of kids, you can give her dry fruits like kishmish and badam.
