hi i have getting marrid soon.please tell me a remedy 4 weight lose.And 2nd is that my Tammy is also fat i want 2 decrease my tammy.By honey lemon can i reduce 15kg weight in 2 months.please give me answer in brief .thanks

There is no miracle for losing weight. And I am not sure if it is really proven that lemon water will decrease weight. However you can certainly try as there doesn' t seem to be any harm in it. From what I gathered, you need to drink warm lemon juice first thing in the morning. In order to lose weight in such a short time, cut down completely on sugar and sugar products and food made with flour. Try and eat lots and lots of steamed vegetables for lunch and dinner with just salt and pepper. For breakfast give your body some carbs, like a piece of toast or bagel. If you are non-veg, eat lots of fish and chicken.
This will help you lose some pounds for the wedding. However, you are bound to gain it all back later once you eat normally so be prepared and don' t get stressed out. I did this when I went on vacation and then ate and gained it all back. However I did lose some weight and was able to fit into some of the cloths I wanted. Gave me some happiness that I was not looking like a cow on my vacation pictures. If this is what you want, you can do this. Just be aware that you will experience crankiness as your body will crave carbs. If you can live with it, go for it.
In order to lose fat from your stomach, there is no way other than to exercise and do crunches. I suggest that you join a gym immediately and start working out. This will not only help you in losing weight but also give a nice healthy glow to your skin when you wed. You will also tone up and feel much more confident. If you are unable to join a gym, do exercises at home. I know it is easier said than done but maybe you can buy a exercise video or start walking/jogging or skipping. You can also do yogo which will help you become focused and less stressful.

Overall, do remember that weight loss is a life style change and you need to have persistence and patience for it.
