For a one year old, when travelling instead of Yoghurt/curds what can we give? any alternate food? Also can any mom tell me what is the list of food that we can feed a one year old, type, variety and timing?
In Chennai or Bangalore where can we find good baby stuff? which is the best place?

hey mayas plaza is in t nagar.u can try baby zone at khadar nawaz khan rd,
toddles at city centre plaza puruswalkam,bays world at prince plaza!all these shops r good!besides thse u can shop at lifestyle shoppers stop globus also!al the best wher do u stay here?

Thanks P, where is Mayas plaza? I would like to shop for some unique clothes, not the expensive ones but smart ones.
Then things like potty seat, sling/carrier, some toys(to be keep the baby occupied), Indian story books, casettes, and anything that attracts me as an impulse buy :))

While travelling instead of yogurt you can try some full fat milk's pudding snack or custard mised with mashed fruits.

haven't started on cow's milk yet, they said yoghurt can easily digest than milk. But now i think it is time to start, so will give this a try, thank you.
