Hi Surekha,
Try this home made chocolate it's yummy.....
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/3 c. hot water
1 qt. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in medium saucepan. Blend in water. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 5 minutes. Add milk. Stir and heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Beat with rotary beater until foamy. Makes about 5 servings.
