hello guys there, plsss help. i have bulky arms which has started to make me feel very cautious!!!

Do any of you know of exercises to tone up the triceps and reduce the fat in this region.

Here are some exercises you can do to tone your arms. You would need some weights (5-8 lbs) if you don' t have weights, use soup cans or a full bottle of water or anything that you can hold and not injure yourself.

* Sit on a stool. Hold one/two weight(s) with both hands and bring it above your head. Keeping your elbows as straight as possible, bend your hands towards the back. Make sure you are not leaning backwards. Do a count of 8, up and down. Make sure you do it slowly. Build the count up once you feel comfortable.
* tricep pushes are also great. One leg in front of the other. Bend body forward (keeping the back straight, no hunching) and support yourself with one hand (right leg in front, right hand on thigh). Make sure your knees don' t go over your toes. Pick the weight with the other hand, bending at the elbow so that your elbow is now looking at the ceiling or close to it. Keeping your elbow stable, bring your hand back and pause a second and bring it back near the waist. Make sure you are using your muscles instead of momentum and pause at the top. Do a repetition of 8 and switch to the other side.
* in the same stance you can bring your arm down towards the floor, keeping your arm beside your body and pull up to your waist. Hold for a sec and bring it down. Elbow will bend and go towards the ceiling
* You can also do push ups which help you tone your arms
* Doing overhead push with weights
* bicep curls are also good for the overall toning of arms.

If you have access to internet you can search for these exercises which will have pictures so you will be able to understand more. There are tons of exercises to torn the arms out there and they all work. Remember that as you progress into doing these exercises you will develop some muscles (not like men though) and you will tone up, that is, no jiggling arms.
