Dear friends,
I will be travelling to India with a one year old from US. Planning to take diapers and baby food from here, but would like to save on baggage space. Would like to know if gerber baby good mainly carrots kind of vegetables will be available in India or not; if yes where in Bangalore or Chennai? Pl tell me what are the best and reasonable places to shop for the baby. I want clothes, toys, books, casettes, etc., Also what other food that i can try for the baby that is safe and is available in India. Any place where they stitch nice baby dresses for a normal price? Thank you.

you get gerber at a store called monday to sunday at CMH road ,indiranagr, bangalore.
you can also try cerelac-it comes in various flavours like wheat, wheat vegetable,wheat mixed fruit etc - it is a ready to mix cereal food.
